The Company’s Botswana portfolio consists of the Selebi and Selkirk projects, located approximately 75 km apart in northeastern Botswana. The Selebi Mines were acquired in January 2022 and the Selkirk Mine was acquired in August 2022. Both projects are past-producing with existing infrastructure, extensive historical exploration and mining datasets, and ongoing exploration and development programs.
